QBS Consulting Group was founded in 2022 by David Du on a simple premise. International  companies entering the U.S. market deserve a partner who understands both sides of the equation. Too often, foreign manufacturers attempting to establish American operations  encounter advisors who understand U.S. requirements but cannot bridge cultural and communication gaps with overseas headquarters. Alternatively, they find intermediaries who speak their language but lack deep knowledge of the Texas business environment. QBS bridges both worlds. With offices in Houston and Taipei, our team combines Texas market expertise with international business acumen. We have successfully guided publicly traded  manufacturers in copper processing, photovoltaics, automotive supply chain, battery technology, and biotechnology through their U.S. market entry journeys. Our leadership  brings over 80 years of combined experience in industrial development, construction  management, and cross-border market entry. We have built relationships with economic development organizations, government officials, and service providers across Texas that  accelerate our clients' projects and open doors that would otherwise remain closed.
